Senior PHP Developer - LAMP - Exeter - £37k
A Senior Web Developer is required with strong PHP / MySQL skills is required by our client based near Exeter, Devon. A salary of £37,000 basic is available to right candidate. The role is a fixed term contract for 18 months.
The PHP Developer will be responsible for leading web development and contribute to the strategic direction of web services for the organisation as well as business system improvements.
You must have strong development skills with PHP, SQL Server or MySQL as well as a strength in web services such as SOAP or REST (or similar). Knowledge of XHTML, XML, XSLT, JavaScript, AJAX , and CSS is also required. Familiarity with common Linux / UNIX shell environments is desirable.
You will lead and mentor junior developers on web-based systems development and focus on additional project work including systems analysis, design, implementation and testing of software.
